Returns

In order to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery (this window could be extended around holidays), and we will provide you instructions.

Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Leather Jackets, Leather Coats, and Leather Shoes have neither return nor refunds due to sizing issues. Our website Size Charts are accurate, so it is important to verify your measurements properly before purchase.

Garments and Fabrics must not have been washed or worn. They should be odor-free, stain-free, and damage-free.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your registration in our website should include real name and surname, physical address, and email account to make the refund effective.

We will opportunely inform you which address in the United States you should send the product for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our international shipping carrier is FEDEX. If shipping damage occurs and to make the return effective, you should send us photos of the damaged or intentionally broken packaging within 72 hours of reception of the product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, product will be either replaced or will give you a credit coupon for a next purchase. Applicable to all collections.

Exchanges

We do allow exchanges for unused items. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery (this window could be  extended around holidays), and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the exchange of your item.

Leather Jackets, Leather Coats, and Leather Shoes have no exchanges due to sizing issues. Our website Size Charts are accurate, so it is important to verify your measurements properly before purchase.

To make the exchange effective, the original packaging of the product must not be damaged and must have its corresponding label.
